Location: National Convention Center, Hanoi, Vietnam

At 8:00 AM we’ll pick you up at your hotel and after a very scenic 120 kilometer drive (which takes about 2.5 hours) we will arrive at “Hoa Lu” town, in Ninh Binh Province.

Our first stopover will be at the temples of King Dinh and King Le who are famous for having devoted their entire lives to fighting off repeated attacks by Chinese invaders in the ancient past.

After our visit to those temples we will pass through an endless series of lush green mountains and rice paddies until we reach the town of “Tam Coc” where we’ll stop for a lunch break.

After lunch we will take a ride in traditionally crafted Bamboo Boats that will allow us to peacefully explore the natural beauty of the winding waterways, lined with quiet green agricultural fields and bordered by towering mountain ranges.

After approximately three hours we will leave the boats and drive to the “Bich Dong Pagodas” complex where you’ll witness the most amazingly constructed pagodas built into and upon the sheer cliffs in the area.

After trekking to the top of the pagoda complex and admiring the breathtaking views of the ages old landscape below, we will eventually trek back down the mountain to our waiting car.

The return trip back to the capital city of Hanoi will take us until approximately 5:00 PM after which we will drop you off at your hotel and our tour will conclude.
