With financial circumstances being as they are around the globe today, in order to insure a most successful presentation of the AdAsia 2013 event; AdAsia Vietnam’s organizers elected to source financing from the private sector and to produce the event utilizing a business model comprised of the “Council of Sponsorship”; as well as a cooperative effort involving various media groups to build a “Complex of Media Sponsors” and a “Council of Information Sponsors".

While the Ministry of Interior Affairs has begun distributing event related information to all local media outlets in support of the upcoming congress; AdAsia 2013 has already begun receiving positive feedback from various press agencies and business communications companies including: AVG, VTC, VTVCab, and the Vietnam Internet Association. All in all it appears that the event’s media sponsors are likely to receive extremely good value for their participation.

Vietnam News Agency – together with more than 20 other press agency groups – has promised to provide sponsored information dissemination for AdAsia 2013. In addition, a number of popular business communications enterprises, working together with various other VAA members, will create a multimedia communications network for AdAsia 2013 involving visual advertising displays posted on large billboards and panels, as well as LED video screens located in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and other areas throughout Vietnam.

AFAA leaders, in active coordination with the event’s organizers, have invited many international communicators and international sponsors to support this congress such as: Dentsu, Hakuhodo, TAAA, Kantar Media, IAA, Impact, Campaign India and others.

In embracing the communal spirit that the AdAsia events represent; it is a wonderful feeling of camaraderie to see both the local and international media communities working in concert with a diverse assortment of entrepreneurial enterprises to determinedly insure that the 28th Asian Advertising Congress in Vietnam shall be a resounding success!
